I finally left the house! Hahaha, it had been a while, so I am glad I got some air and walked around a little. The downtown location of Fabricland and everything is 80 percent off! It is only open for two more days, so I ended up getting way more fabric than I needed... So expect some new sewing projects soon!

I also got my photos back from my first roll with the Pentax. I'm pretty happy with them! I definitely need to get my light meter fixed so I can keep experimenting with it. The following images are some snapshots of the last week (which included seeing Harry Potter, dinner at Fresh, frozen yogurt, yeats poetry...) but I basically took all of the photos at Riverdale Farm. Which may be closing (ughhh politics), here is a petition to stop that from happening! I really hope it's saved, you can see how beautiful and peaceful it is from my photos.

Soo the past few days have been so brutal due to my migraine. I couldn't even make it out of the house to go pick up my developed photos, but tomorrow I will I promise. Atleast I have been keeping busy indoors with some new sewing projects! I have a few pictures to share with you of my current works in progress, and hopefully more to come. Check back tomorrow for hopefully some mind blowing pictures!

I found a really cool tutorial here via refinery 29 and decided to rip up one of my favourite blazers... I got pretty worried AFTER I started with my stitch ripper..But it turned out pretty well, I'll post more pictures up soon!  

Hello, hope everyone's week is going well so far. My week has been completely hectic and busy. Today was the first day I should have been able to relax but I have a killer migraine. I'm still going to try to make a shirt (so hopefully there will be a better post tomorrow)! My most recent roll of film is also being developed right now and I get it back tomorrow. I hope they turn out, it's my first roll of film on my newly acquired Pentax K1000. The lightmeter seems to have died and I didnt realize until the last few photos on the roll... Fingers crossed! Now since I have no new photos to show you all, this is a still from the British film Submarine. Has anyone seen it? I saw it a few weeks ago and I really liked it! Also, I have his coat... or one very similar, so maybe I'm a little bias. I'm going to go sit in a dark room and try to forget about this migraine now, but check back tomorrow and I will hopefully have a much happier post! Also, I found the still image here.

On a separate note, it just took me way too long to get home on the ttc... So exhausted. The rest of my night will include ice cream and a Ryan Gosling movie. Not sure which one yet, any suggestions?

Hello! This is my first blog post, and I'm still trying to get everything organized and figured out. But I am finally making some progress! I will also be posting some of my new rolls of film later this week, just need to get the film developed. I've been having the worst luck with analog for the past few months- it's getting pretty ridiculous. From lost cameras to broken light meters, I haven't had a roll of film developed since April. So hopefully it goes well this week! I'll leave you with a photo from my last roll nonetheless! More to come so stay tuned :)
